To Ian, Even though this is off-topic, I wanted to thank you for your brief story on your craft. It certainly was a pleasure hearing that you are carrying on a tradition that seems so threatened recently by the influence of multinational corporations and "money decisions". I am suprised to hear that you enjoy Bladnoch, I too am a fan of that distillery as well as Littlemill and St. Magdelene (Linlithgow). I was also suprised to see that Balmenach didn't make your list. It was a fine distillery and I enjoy the UD and James MacArthur bottlings from there very much. Again, thanks very much for the knowledge that there are those in the business who still have a feel for what whisky and its history are all about.
