Can anyone tell me why the price for a bottle of Ardbeg has raised about 15-20 % since last summar ? Is this perhaps the result of the announcement of closeup the Ardbeg disty? When I visited Islay July -96 I paid about £ 30 for a bottle of Ardbeg -74. The price for today seems to be £ 37 or more ! In Sweden were I live I´ve noticed the same increase. Now when we heared that production of Ardbeg has been taken over by Glenmorangie, can I (we) hope the price falls again ???? Regards from Sweden
