| Currently, we haven't confirmed all of the markets that sold this 30 year old Ardbeg, but here is a short description of when the Very Old Ardbeg 30 was released at Laphroaig. At the time, Allied owned both Laphroaig and Ardbeg, and Iain Henderson was in charge of overseeing Ardbeg during the limited production.

"This summer we have been selling the remainder of the Ardbeg 10 year old, the one with the large Celtic 'A' which is the trademark of the real distillery bottling. To complete the exercise, we will now have an Ardbeg 30 year old for sale at the distillery, in an attractive wooden box as a special presentation pack.
